3. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through Kilele Market are subject to product availability and stock confirmation.
Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment may be made via M-Pesa or card, as offered at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and costs will be communicated at checkout or by our team following order confirmation. Kilele Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Custom-built systems and services are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law.

6. Service Engagements

Software development, consultancy, and infrastructure projects are governed by individual service agreements or contracts entered into separately with the client, which take precedence over these general Terms for the scope of that engagement.

7. Intellectual Property
